1. Who is responsible
MORE ME is operated through Kreativ Stuff, a collaboration between Ardaya Sàrl and CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S. Kreativ Stuff is not a separate legal entity, and CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S acts as the data controller for this website and shop.

2. What this website does
This storefront displays our catalogue and builds your basket. The basket, cart and checkout are handled by Shopify, and you complete your purchase in the secure Shopify checkout. This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and it has no newsletter form or contact form — support runs through WhatsApp and Instagram.
3. Information stored in your browser
We store your basket and your anthem playback position in your browser's local storage so your selection survives a page reload. This information stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie, and is not sent to us for profiling. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
4. Information involved in an order
When you place an order the following is processed: your identity and contact details, your shipping information, your order contents, and confirmation of payment. Payment itself is handled inside the Shopify checkout by the enabled payment providers. MORE ME / CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S does not receive or store your full card number through this frontend.
5. Why we process it
To process and fulfil your order, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and keep the shop secure, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. The legal bases are the performance of your contract, our legitimate interest in security, and our statutory obligations.
6. Who receives it
Shopify, as the e-commerce and checkout platform; the payment providers enabled in that checkout; and shipping or fulfilment partners where delivery requires it. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services process the message under their own terms. Fonts on this site are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to load them. We do not sell personal data.
7. How long we keep it
Order and invoicing data for as long as Luxembourg accounting law requires. Support conversations for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Message us on WhatsApp at +352 661 163 737 and we will handle your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).

MORE ME orders are shipped from Luxembourg. Shipping options and rates are calculated and shown in the checkout before you pay, and complimentary delivery applies to orders from 120 €. Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout or when your order is dispatched.
Prices
All prices displayed on this website are final consumer prices including applicable VAT. Shipping charges, where they apply, are added and shown separately at checkout, and the total amount is displayed before you submit your order.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
For eligible standard consumer online purchases, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
To withdraw, make a clear statement of your decision — the simplest route is a WhatsApp message to +352 661 163 737 quoting your order number. You may also use our model withdrawal form, though you are not obliged to use it.
Returning the goods
Pieces should come back unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. Contact us before sending anything back and we will confirm the return instructions and the return address for your order.
Refunds
Where you have validly withdrawn, we refund the payments received from you, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. A refund does not cost you anything in fees.
Exchanges
Wrong size? The fastest route is to return the piece and place a new order. If your size is close to selling out, message us first and we will do what we can to hold it.
Faulty or non-conforming goods
If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, message us with your order number and a photo. Consumer purchases benefit from the applicable Luxembourg legal guarantee of conformity, which is independent of any commercial gesture we make. See our terms of sale for the detail.

MORE ME is operated creatively and operationally through Kreativ Stuff.
Kreativ Stuff is a collaborative creative and production project between Ardaya Sàrl and CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S, bringing together digital, design and production expertise. Kreativ Stuff is not currently a separate legal entity.
Ardaya Sàrl manages the digital and creative department — creative direction, graphic design, brand development, website and ecommerce frontend, digital customer experience, communication, marketing and visual content.
CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S manages the production department — textile production, printing, customisation, garment finishing, product preparation, production quality and fulfilment where applicable.

2. Scope
These conditions apply to every order placed through www.moreme.lu by a consumer. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
3. Products
We sell garments under the MORE ME brand — hoodies, T-shirts, crewnecks, jogging and shorts — in the colours, emblem editions and sizes shown on the product pages, and in bundles combining those pieces.
4. Product information
We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; screen rendering of colour and small variations inherent to garment production and printing do not constitute a defect.
5. Prices and VAT
All consumer prices displayed by MORE ME are final prices including applicable VAT. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately during checkout before payment. The final total is displayed to you before you submit your order. Prices may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you place it.
6. Ordering process
Choose your piece, edition, colour and size, add it to the cart, then continue to checkout. Checkout is operated by Shopify. You review your basket, delivery details and total before confirming. Submitting the order is your binding offer to buy.
7. Confirmation of order
The contract is formed when we confirm your order. You receive an order confirmation with a summary of what you bought.
8. Payment
Payment is taken in the secure Shopify checkout. The available payment methods are displayed during that checkout before payment. We do not receive or store your full card number through this website.
9. Availability
Availability shown on the site follows our live inventory. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that item.
10. Delivery
We ship from Luxembourg to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery is made to the address you provide — please check it carefully.
11. Delivery times
Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout or when your order is dispatched. Estimates are indicative and depend on the carrier.
12. Right of withdrawal
For eligible standard consumer online purchases, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods. You must communicate your decision clearly — a WhatsApp message quoting your order number is enough. You may also use our model withdrawal form, but you are not required to.

We do not operate an automatic exchange system. The fastest route to a different size is to return the piece and place a new order.
16. Faulty or non-conforming goods
If a piece is damaged on arrival or does not match its description, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We will put it right — by repair, replacement, price reduction or refund — in accordance with applicable consumer law.
17. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumer purchases benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable in Luxembourg, under which goods that do not conform to the contract are covered for two years from delivery. This legal guarantee applies free of charge and is independent of any optional commercial warranty. MORE ME does not currently offer an additional commercial warranty beyond your statutory rights.
18. Product safety
MORE ME garments are produced by CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S, within the Kreativ Stuff production department, at the business address given above. Manufacturer information is repeated on each product page under "Manufacturer & product safety".
19. Intellectual property
The MORE ME name, crest, wordmark, product artwork, photography and site content belong to CUSTOM PRINT S.à r.l.-S. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in them.
20. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
21. Customer service

22. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Luxembourg law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

If you are not satisfied, contact us first — most things are settled directly. Consumers in the EU also have access to out-of-court dispute resolution bodies, and to the competent consumer mediation service in Luxembourg.
